For over a year, we had talked about going dog sledding with Helen Corlew of Prairie Isle Dog Trekking. Amy DeLong, a TTouch® practitioner, and I met Helen during our TTouch® certification training. Finally our trip was a reality! We drove across the flats of North Dakota and discovered the beautiful rolling hills – I never knew they existed!
As we pulled into a beautiful retreat, we saw Helen and 14 of her sled dogs. Most of the dogs were in the dog trailer. It was fun helping with the dogs including feeding, cleaning up, and hooking and unhooking from the gang line (attaches the dogs to the sled), and doing TTouches®. Every night Helen checks each dog over and gives them their nightly TTouches®. Helen taught us a lot about dog sledding. I highly recommend sledding with Prairie Isle Dog Trekking!

“Elaine has been very helpful and supportive since my adoption of a very anxious dog. Her TTouch sessions and ongoing communication has helped us both. She has great suggestions and is very responsive to my frantic calls.” – Lynnea Forness, Minneapolis, MN
